Here is a guide to the NYT Connections game if you are playing it for the first time. It is easy to follow and fun to play.
Each new puzzle has 16 words that the player needs to 4 groups with each group having four words. Each group has a theme which is unknown to the player. You must select 4 words at a time that you think would belong to the same group. If the answer is right, you move on to the next group. If not, select different words.
