Furthermore, it includes access to GTA Online, so you can even play it with your friends. The new Enhanced Edition for GTA 5 is also available with the subscription. It offers ray-traced reflections, HSW upgrades, and new time trials.
How Can I Play GTA 5 for Free?
Microsoft offers a 14-day trial for all users, so you can enjoy the game for up to 2 weeks by just paying $1. If you want to continue playing or forget to cancel, then you will need to pay $11.
The good thing is that GTA 5 is available for Xbox Game Pass Standard, PC, and Game Pass Ultimate users. So you can explore the iconic city regardless of which tier of subscription service you have.
For what it’s worth, you still need a Rockstar account and launcher to play the game. Moreover, you need to connect your Xbox account to your Rockstar account to sync the cloud saves. Although it won’t work with the saves on the Xbox version of the game.
Do note that since this is a permanent process, make sure to only connect the Rockstar account that has your saves. And if you get tired of open-world adventures in GTA 5, you can hop onto Call of Duty Modern Warfare II (2022), which is also coming to Game Pass.
There’s also South of Midnight, Far Cry 4, and Anno 1800 coming to the service. PC gamers will anyway have to wait for GTA 6 since it will land on consoles first, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S to be specific.
