The Xbox Games Showcase is coming back this year, and it's going to be one of the biggest Xbox events in years. This is Xbox's 25th anniversary, so Microsoft is pulling out all the stops. The show kicks off on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, at 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT. If you're outside the US, here's when you can tune in:

Xbox FanFest Is Back
Along with the digital showcase, Xbox FanFest is returning as an in-person event in Los Angeles, California. This is a fan celebration tied to Xbox's 25th anniversary. You can't buy tickets, though. Instead, Microsoft is running a sweepstakes where you can enter for a chance to win a spot. The event will look back at 25 years of Xbox history while also previewing what's coming next.
This is Asha Sharma's first Xbox Games Showcase as the new head of Microsoft's gaming division. She's already made it clear that she listens to the community, which is why Xbox FanFest is back.
With three major first-party games expected to either launch or get release dates, plus a possible hardware reveal, and a full Gears Direct, June 7 is going to be the biggest Xbox day in years. Don't forget to stream the event!
