Finance & Operations Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team. Your role would involve working with the CA and finance head to ensure timely payments of salaries/GST/TDS returns etc. Maintaining P/L, Balance Sheet, and doing the Bank Reconciliation & ITR. Along with handling administrative duties

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience as an accountant in a CA firm
• Proficiency in financial management software like Tally, MS-Excel, etc
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage inventories
• Ability to carry on different tasks by acquiring new skills to handle more responsibilities.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
