Rockstar Games teamed up with West Coast Customs to build six real-life GTA 6 cars, and they’re so detailed that side-by-side photos with the actual game will make you do a double-take. These car builds are fully functional builds with real engines, real custom paintwork, and interiors straight out of Vice City. Here’s the list of GTA 6 cars all made by West Coast Customs and what makes each one special.
GTA 6 Real Life Cars - All Builds by West Coast Customs
Before we get into the list, what West Coast Customs pulled off here isn’t just a paint job and some bodywork. Each car uses a mix of traditional metal fabrication and modern composite construction, with CNC-machined custom wheels and structural components. The same shop also built a real-life Bravado Banshee for GTA 5 back in 2013, so they know exactly what they’re doing. Now let's check out the cars below, the left images are the cars in real life, and the right ones are the in-game cars.
1. Grotti Cheetah
The Cheetah is the most exotic car in the lineup, making it a perfect fit for Miami. West Coast Customs built it with a 4.9L naturally aspirated V8 engine placed in the middle of the car. It also features a custom Vice City fade paint job and an interior covered in hand-stitched Italian leather. In GTA, Grotti is known for its Italian supercars, much like Ferrari in real life. This build takes inspiration from the Ferrari Testarossa, with a lowered body and racing tires that give it a proper sports car look.

2. Albany Buccaneer
If you love lowriders, the Buccaneer is going to be your favorite. West Coast Customs took a 1960s body, fully restored it, and dropped in a massive 7.5L V8. The exterior is coated in candy apple green paint with large metallic flake, plus hand-airbrushed pinstripes running the length of the car. The car also features air suspension and gold multi-spoke rims. Inside, you'll find mahogany and gold details, a cream-colored soft top, and leather seats with zebra-print designs.
3. Progen Emerus
The Emerus is the wildest car in the lineup. It comes with a twin-turbo 4.0L V8 engine and a body covered in sporty vents inspired by fighter jets. The entire car is painted candy orange, giving it a bold look. It also features a large rear wing, racing suspension, and custom tires. In GTA, Progen is based on McLaren, so this build is made for speed. It's the kind of car you'd want when trying to escape a six-star wanted level.
4. Invetero Coquette
The Coquette is one of the most recognizable cars in GTA, and this real-life version looks just as good. It comes with a 6.2L naturally aspirated V8 engine in a mid-engine layout, taking inspiration from the real-life Chevrolet Corvette. The car features a custom Yeti Camo paint job that mixes flamingo pink and bright purple. It also has custom rims, lowered suspension, and a fully customized leather interior.
5. Albany Manana
The Manana is the lineup's classic donk build. Based on a 1970s classic car, it features a rebuilt body and a powerful 7.7L V8 engine. Its raised suspension and oversized gold-and-chrome rims give it the classic donk look. The exterior uses a bright Vice City blue paint job with gold bumpers and trim. Inside, the blue leather seats also feature gold details. The build fits perfectly with the Southern-inspired car culture seen throughout GTA.
6. Pegassi Tempesta
The Tempesta is probably the most unexpected build in the lineup. It features a Vice Beach Police Department design, making it look like a high-end police car. Under the hood, it packs a naturally aspirated 4.0L V10 engine with custom rims and lowered suspension. The interior also takes inspiration from fighter jets, with custom leather seats, tactical buttons, and police technology. It's a fun mix of two things GTA players love: exotic supercars and police chases.
These West Coast Custom Cars Are Going to Be in the Game
Rockstar dropped new GTA 6 screenshots and you can actually spot these six cars cruising in a convoy in one of them, set in Miami, the same location where the real promotional shoot happened. The cars are also set to be on display outside E11EVEN Nightclub Miami, which the club has rebranded to its in-game counterpart NINE1NINE ahead of launch. So if you’re in Miami on November 19th, you may actually get to see them in person before you see them in the game.

The fact that it’s this difficult to tell the in-game screenshots apart from real photos of these cars says a lot about where GTA 6’s visuals are sitting. Rockstar’s graphics team and West Coast Customs are essentially making each other look good.
GTA 6 drops on November 19th, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. You can check out our countdown timer if you want to see how many days are left before the game releases. If this is the kind of effort going into the marketing, the actual game is going to be something else. We cannot wait to see them in the game.
