The Fortnite Cyberpunk Edgerunners crossover has officially been confirmed, bringing Lucy and a few surprises to the game. The collaboration looks set to offer more than just a new skin, with familiar Cyberpunk gear and a hidden code also making an appearance.

Lucy From Cyberpunk Edgerunners is Joining Fortnite

The official Cyberpunk: Edgerunners kicked things off with a teaser on X, written in classic Lucy fashion, poking fun at Fortnite's security and hinting that a certain netrunner would be available for a "consult." This tweet is completed with a teaser trailer showing Lucy's skin in-game.

She looks faithful to her design from the anime, and she fits the Fortnite art style surprisingly well. No official release date has been locked in yet, but dataminers are pointing to the September 17th, 2026 update as the likely drop window, during v42.20.

Rebecca's Guns Is the Mythic Weapon for the Collaboration

Rebecca's Guns is coming as a new Mythic weapon. This is a dual-wield combo of an SMG and an Assault Rifle. Here are the datamined stats:

Reload speed sits between 1.27 and 1.58 seconds, depending on rarity. These are still from an unfinished build, though, so the final version in-game may look a bit different. Still, bouncing SMG bullets combined with exploding AR rounds sounds like complete chaos in the best way.

Beyond the guns, Lucy's Monowire is being added as a melee and grapple weapon. The Monowire is practically Lucy's whole identity in the show, so seeing it make the jump to Fortnite is a big deal.
