The Ascension Egg is the newest egg in Grow a Chicken Fighter, and it contains some of the rarest chickens currently in the game. Getting your hands on one requires either serious late-game progression or serious Arena performance. Here are the steps to get the Ascension Egg in Grow a Chicken Fighter.
What Is the Ascension Egg in Grow a Chicken Fighter
The Ascension Egg is a brand new egg added in the latest Grow a Chicken Fighter update. It hatches into five different chickens ranging from common to extremely rare, and the Eclipse Hen sitting at the top of the pool is considered the best chicken currently available from this egg. All chickens from the Ascension Egg also have a separate mutation chance rolled on top of whichever bird you hatch, giving you an additional layer of progression on every pull.
Ascension Egg Hatch Chance
| Chicken | Hatch Chance |
|---|---|
| Skycrest Rooster | 55.0% |
| Halo Hen | 27.0% |
| Oracle Chick | 12.0% |
| Seraph Rooster | 5.0% |
| Eclipse Hen | 1.0% |
The Eclipse Hen at 1% is the chase pull from this egg and is currently considered one of the strongest chickens in the game. Mutations are rolled separately on top of your hatch result so every Ascension Egg has a chance to produce something even more powerful than the base chicken you receive.

How to Obtain Ascension Egg in Grow a Chicken Fighter
There are two confirmed ways to get the Ascension Egg in Grow a Chicken Fighter:
Rebirth Milestones are the primary progression-based method. The new update introduced Rebirth Stones as rewards for completing rebirths, giving late-game players more value from pushing rebirths. The Ascension Egg is available through the Rebirth milestone shop using these stones. The further you push your rebirths, the more stones you accumulate and the closer you get to being able to purchase Ascension Eggs consistently.
Chicken Arena Rewards are the competitive method. The Arena is a new battle zone where you assemble a team of three chickens and fight other players to earn trophies. Trophies unlock Arena Ranks and each rank comes with its own reward pool. The key milestones for Ascension Eggs are:
- Reach Master V at 2,200 Trophies to earn 1 Ascension Egg
- Reach the top 1% Grandmaster I rank to earn 3 Ascension Eggs alongside additional rewards
The Arena opens every half hour, so plan your sessions around those windows to maximise your trophy-earning opportunities.
