The Atlantis Cafe in Control: Resonant is in the Downtown zone, just to the northwest of the Oldest House. There's an electronic road sign out front cycling through various messages in front of the cafe, so it's pretty easy to spot.
You need to have already unlocked the Shift traversal ability before you can reach this part of the game. You get Shift from the West Incursion Zone Fault, so if you haven't been there yet, that's your first stop.

Once you're inside the Atlantis cafe, check the counter to find a note called "Shop Opening Instructions." It belongs to the shop owner, Becky, and talks about her morning routine of turning on all the appliances in a specific order - starting from the smallest and going up to the largest.
The problem is that the appliances are scattered around the room, and it's easy to miss one. There's also one more thing you have to do before anything works at all. Here are the exact steps to solve the Atlantis Cafe Appliance puzzle in Control: Resonant.
Step 1 - Turn On the Electrical Breaker Box
Before you touch any appliance, head to the northwest corner of the room and flip the electrical breaker box just on top of the sink. Without doing this first, none of the appliances will respond when you try to interact with them.
Step 2 - Activate the Appliances in the Right Order
