Silent Hill: Townfall Part 3 – The Patient Puzzle Answers

Silent Hill: Townfall Part 3 takes Zoe deeper into St. Amelia Medical Center, where the puzzles are tougher. You’ll need to read medical notes, monitor patient readings, operate an X-ray machine, collect different medications, and eventually perform a rather unsettling medical procedure. This guide covers all the Silent Hill Townfall Part 3 puzzle answers, including the clues, codes, items, and steps you need to progress.

Chapter 7: Zoe: The Patient

Location: St. Amelia Medical Center

At the start of the chapter, you’ll find the St. Amelia Medical Center Map on the wall to the left in the Surgery room. Pick it up to make navigating the hospital a little less painful.

Puzzle: Patient Monitoring

After talking through the intercom, you’ll need to provide the correct readings from the medical monitors in the room. Get them wrong, and Zoe takes damage, so this is one puzzle where guessing is definitely not the move.

The laptop to the left of the bed contains hints for the required readings.

First, look at the middle monitor on the right side of the bed and enter the Systolic and Diastolic readings.

Next, check the bottom monitor on the right and enter the Pulse reading.

Finally, check the upper monitor on the left and enter the SpO2% reading.

The numbers on the monitors shift slightly over time, so look for the closest values rather than expecting the displays to always show the exact same numbers.

Locked Door – Surgery

Once you’ve completed the patient monitoring puzzle, head to the door on the right side of the room. You’ll need a four-digit code to open it.

Solution: 7103

The code is given to you through the pager.

Puzzle: X-Ray – Patient Skull

Head into the X-Ray room and interact with the computer to turn it on. Zoom in and move the camera upward until “Patient Skull – Aligned” appears at the top of the screen.

Then interact with the panel on the left and set it up as follows:

The numbers come from the X-Ray Dosage Table on the laptop beside the bed.

Once everything is set correctly, press the green button at the bottom right.

Puzzle: X-Ray – Patient Chest

Now repeat the process for the patient's chest. Interact with the computer and move the camera downward until “Patient Chest – Aligned” appears at the top.

Set the X-Ray panel to:

Press the green button once everything is set correctly.

Key Item: Head and Chest X-Rays

After completing both X-Ray scans, pick up the printed X-Rays from the printer to the right of the computer.

Take them to the board to the left of the intercom and place them there. Interact with the head and chest when prompted.

Key Item: Tensobromide

Head to the Victoria Ward Ground Floor – Pharmacy Store. Go to the end of the hallway and enter the Pharmacy Store.

Open the green medical box inside to find Tensobromide.

Key Item: Dextracyclate

Next, head to Chapman Ward First Floor – Bay 6. You’ll find Dextracyclate inside the infusion machine.

Locked Door – Records Room

Head to the top-left corner of Chapman Ward Ground Floor and interact with the Records Room door.

Solution: 2605

The code comes from a clue found upstairs.

Key Item: Hydroxalene

Once inside the Records Room, search the cabinet and open the green medical box to find Hydroxalene.

Puzzle: Medication Dosage

Return to the Surgery room. You now need to prepare the three infusions using the correct dosage rates.

Check the Medication Dosage Table on the laptop and use the patient’s weight from the whiteboard. The required weight is 88 KG, which is in the third column.

For each medication, press SET RATE, enter the number, press the check mark, and then select READY PUMP.

Once all three pumps are ready, interact with the small console on the left side of the bed to start the procedure.

Phone Number: 5353 – Hospital Storage

After completing the procedure, Dr. Glenn gives you the phone number 5353. Use it on the phone in the reception area to access the hospital storage.

Key Item: Medical Intubation Kit

Head to Victoria Ward Basement – Storage. Enter the storage room through the gap in the lockers and check the shelf to find the Medical Intubation Kit.

Puzzle: Intubating the Patient

Return to Surgery for the final puzzle in this section. You now need to intubate the patient.

Move the tool around until you find the spots where the visual flashes red. When you find one, hold R2/RT to insert it.

The correct order is:

Right side → Lower left → Top

Chapter 8: Many Into One

Medical Center – Different

Key Item: Medical Center – Different Map

Go down the hallway on the upper floor and pick up the map from the counter beside the metal door.

Key Item: Alan Duncan Blood Bag

Go down the right hallway and enter the bottom door at the end. Crouch through the vent, then pick up the blood bag to the left of the bed.

Clue: Zoe’s Patient List

In the same room, check the table beside the tape player. The patient list marks the locations of the blood bags on your map.

Locked Door – S.W.

Head to the end of the left hallway, where you'll find S.W. above the door. Interact with the transfusion machine, place the Alan Duncan Blood Bag, and then activate the transfusion switch.
