Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 has added a special collaboration Sprite in the form of the Ironmouse Sprite and it is one of the more powerful ones currently in the game. It comes with a health regeneration effect that scales as you level it up making it genuinely useful beyond just being a fun collectible. Here is how to find Ironmouse Sprite in Fortnite and what it actually does once you have it.
How to Get the Ironmouse Sprite in Fortnite
The Ironmouse Sprite is a Mythic rarity Sprite which means the drop chance is extremely low. There is no guaranteed method to obtain it and it ultimately comes down to luck. Here are every possible way you can find it:

Ironmouse Sprite Effect in Fortnite
The Ironmouse Sprite has a very helpful use in the current Sprite pool. When equipped, it regenerates your health over time after you take damage. On top of the health recovery, it also grants cloak while you are regenerating, which makes the effect significantly more powerful in combat situations since you become harder to target while healing. The heal value scales with the Sprite's level:

The cloak effect activates while your health is regenerating giving you a significant defensive advantage during the heal window.
