How to Get "Time to Crate" Achievement in Modern Warfare 4

Time to Crate achievement unlocks when you open all 26 Yellow Supply Crates in the Stranded mission. These crates hold upgraded weapons, armor plates, gear, and supplies that go straight into your Base Camp stock. Out of those 26, 24 sit at fixed coordinates and two move on set routes. Eight of them are locked behind keypads, which is where the puzzle codes come in.

Every keypad in Stranded has a note somewhere nearby with a hint, and the patterns are not hard once you spot them. The problem is the walking. You can solve these in any order, so grab whichever one is closest while you clear outposts.

Opening any Yellow Crate inside a shipping container hands you intel that marks the other code-locked containers on your tacmap. So cracking one early, like the Base Camp container at 0024, saves you a lot of blind searching later. Two of those eight, the Base Camp Container and the Farm Field Bunker, hold supplies but no Yellow Crate. Still worth opening for the stock, just do not expect crate credit.

Yellow Crate #1 Location

Climb to the very top of the radio tower, and you will find the crate sitting there with a key and a note.

Yellow Crate #2 Location

Enter the blue building and then drop into a sewer to find a crate sitting behind a locked gate. The way around is a tunnel with an arrow board, and taking a wrong turn sets off traps. These are the directions that you need to follow:

You can find the crate and the supplies inside the green garage after clearing the outpost. Go to the right side of the room where you can see a notice board. The crate is under it.

Climb the water tower using the copper pipes. The yellow crate is in the middle of the tower.

Yellow Crate #5 Location

It's inside the shipping container, and you have to unlock it by inserting this code: 0078.

Climb the broken wooden ladder. You will find the shipping container on top of the snowy hill, and you have to unlock it by inserting this code: 0600.

Clear the outpost and enter the building with the green line on top. The yellow crate is located under the desk.

Yellow Crate #9 Location

Go inside the tunnel for open ground search, and the yellow crate will be right in front of you.

You first need to blow up the crates blocking the container, then you can go inside it to find the yellow crate location.

The yellow crate is located inside the house, but the door is locked. So you have to climb the hut, drop down through the roof and enter the house.

It's inside the shipping container west of the Jamming Station, and you have to unlock it by inserting this code: 8609.

Clear the area, go to the middle of the tower. The yellow crate is at the corner.

Go inside the bunker hatch. You need to unlock the door first by inserting this code: 0008.

Yellow Crate #18 Location

Scale the broken stairs next to the elevator. But first, you need to take the elevator down first with the button on the machine in front of the elevator. Once it's down, you climb two floor on the stairs, jump to the elvator, go inside, and jump back to the broken stairs to be able to climb to the top.

Yellow Crate #19 Location

It's inside the shipping container next to a body of water, and you have to unlock it by inserting this code: 6789.

Clear the outpost and enter the building with green line on top. The yellow crate is located next to the cabinets.

Yellow Crate #21 Location

It's inside the booby trapped store at the top of the hill. You need to throw grenade four times first, right after you open the door and take a peek inside, then after the door is open (three times whenever you find any booby trap). When you're done with that, then you can go inside the room on the left to locate the yellow container on the shelf.

This is one of the most annoying Yellow Crate locations in Modern Warfare 4, but the reward, which is the Hyeon Burst AR with a thermal scope and silencer, is probably the single best gun you can pull out of a crate here, since thermal plus suppressed covers almost every fight in Stranded.

The last yellow crate locations in Modern Warfare also don't have exact coordinates; it is located on the convoy truck circling Base Camp Mountain.
