Explore the hospital and look for pink slime puddles scattered across the map. Use the vacuum cleaner to clear the slime and collect the photos hidden inside. The photos are clearly visible in the slime, so I suggest skipping puddles without visible photographs. Keep searching until you find the required photos to progress through the quest.

While exploring, keep an eye out for the Mimic. It can appear disguised as a patient, so stay alert while completing your objectives. If you get caught by the Mimic, spam E to hit its pressure points and defeat it.

3. Solve the 3x3 Slide Puzzle

Once you collect the photos, head to the reception area and look for the 3x3 slide puzzle mounted on the wall in front of the counter. Slide the tiles until they form the correct picture to complete the puzzle. Each puzzle is different, so there's no fixed solution. 4. Return to the Hazmat NPC
