Rebirthing is the main long term progression system in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape, and if you are aiming to keep building up your speed multipliers, understanding how it works early will save you a lot of confusion later. Here is everything you need to know about how to perform Rebirth in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
How to Rebirth in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
The only requirement to rebirth is hitting a specific level threshold, with each rebirth tier requiring a higher level than the last. Once you meet the threshold for your next rebirth, click the rebirth icon on the left side of your screen. It will show you exactly what you get for completing that rebirth, which is always a speed multiplier.
Keep in mind that performing a rebirth resets your current speed stat back to the start. You are trading your progress for a permanent multiplier that makes future progress faster.
There is also an option to skip the rebirth requirement entirely by paying Robux, but this is not something worth recommending. The level grind to reach each rebirth threshold is part of the normal progression loop, and paying to skip it does not meaningfully save you much time in a game built around this loop in the first place.
We are currently working through all the rebirth levels and will keep this guide updated as more thresholds and multipliers are confirmed.
Is Rebirth Worth It in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
Yes. As with most Roblox simulator games, rebirthing is the primary way to keep progressing once your early growth starts to slow down. You might not feel like you need it in the first few levels, but you will eventually hit a point where continuing to build speed without rebirthing becomes painfully slow. Once you reach that point, rebirthing is what gets your progress moving again, and skipping it indefinitely will leave you stuck far longer than necessary.
