Anime Mysterious is a fun, unique tower defense game on Roblox, inspired by several anime franchises. Your goal is to spawn Units and defeat the enemies storming your tower. Therefore, building a good team is crucial. In our Anime Mysterious tier list, we rank all Units based on their combat efficiency and the value they provide.
Anime Mysterious Tier List: Choose the Best Units
Building a solid team in Anime Mysterious ensures you progress faster. You require a mix of offense, support, Yen generators, and good defense. To help you figure out the best team, we've ranked all units into four tiers: S, A, B, and C.

The S-Tier in our tier list contains the best Units you can get in Anime Mysterious. These Units provide the best damage and overall value during your runs. Although these Units can be a bit difficult to obtain and require a lot of resources, they are well worth it. If you're looking to make quick work of your opponents, make sure to have at least one of these Units on your team.

A-Tier Units
Similar to the S-Tier, A-Tier Units are a bit difficult to obtain. However, the value they provide makes them a great choice for your runs. Units like Free, Fammy, Tojo, and Itacho provide decent offensive value, whereas Elforia, Spood, and School Girl provide great support and Yen generation. I would once again suggest having at least one of these Units on your team.

B-Tier Units

C-Tier Units
C-Tier Units in our Anime Mysterious Tier List are mainly useful in the early game. These Units can struggle to provide enough value unless you upgrade them, even in some early-game content. I suggest summoning better Units as soon as you can. Avoid spending Trait and Stat rerolls on these Units.

How To Summon Units in Anime Mysterious
Summoning is the main way to obtain new Units in Anime Mysterious. You can also get Units through the Season Pass, Event mode, and some challenge levels. You require Gems to summon Units.
- Launch Anime Mysterious on Roblox.
- Head to the Summon area.
- Interact with Lihona to open the Summon menu.
- Choose the Banner you want to summon from.
- Spend 50 Gems to perform a summon.
- Check the Unit you receive and add it to your team if you want to use it.
