So this is where this app comes to be perfect. There are awesome mobile application that made especially considering women safety. Whenever the women find herself in trouble, she can quickly send her current location to closed ones, inform the local police, post a Facebook notification, etc. using these apps. This app turns an average Android smartphone into a CC camera, So that Instead of relying on the government for our safety we can make sure it on our own. How does it work? Based on the idea that Photographic evidence is better than personal narration, you can use this app in the emergency. Hit the emergency button on the app and it takes a picture of your surrounding and sends them to your chosen email contacts. This app can also be used by bystanders to record a crime in progress

Keeping in mind the shameful, Delhi rape case, IMTS (Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System Ltd.) has come up with the TellTail. It's a security app design for the parents/guardians to track their daughters using the GPS in a vehicle or the user’s phone. Tough this app is dedicated to tracking, similar to the above apps you can also inform the selected contacts by pressing a single button.

Citizen COP

In case you don't have access to the internet on your phone, using the inbuilt Help SMS feature, you can send your current GEO location to your near ones and police control room when you are in trouble. The only downside to this app is that these apps it is still in development form and restricted to Indore, Bhopal and Jabalpur as three major cities of MadhyaPradesh. Conclusion  This app is has been there for a while. But when I saw the no. of downloads, I was shocked to see, however people has downloaded them. The reason behind that is the lack of awareness.
