Unlike regular clothing items, you cannot simply purchase it from the dressing room. You first need to complete several tasks in Freeplay Mode, collect five gems, and then solve the hidden Seashell Cove puzzle. Here is how to unlock the Trident of the Shells in DTI.

How to Get the Trident of the Shells in DTI

To unlock the Trident, you need to complete five mini-quests in Freeplay Mode. Each quest gives you a gem, and collecting all five gems allows you to enter the secret Seashell Cove. Once inside the cave, you need to find three hidden seashells and place them on the podiums at the top of the cave.

Step 1: Collect All Five Gems

Head into Freeplay Mode and complete the five mini-quests around the map. These tasks include different puzzles and mini-games. Once you have all five gems, you can access the secret cave.

Step 2: Find the Three Seashells

Enter Seashell Cove and make your way through the bubble obby to reach the upper section of the cave. You need to find three hidden seashells:

Step 3: Claim the Trident of the Shells

Take all three seashells to the three podiums at the top of the cave and place them in their respective spots. Once all three have been placed, the wall behind the podiums will disappear, revealing a secret room. Enter the room and claim the Trident of the Shells.
