Chaos Cubes are glowing orange collectibles scattered across the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 map as part of the Path of the Voyager questline. There are 40 of them out right now, spread across eight named areas, and grabbing them all is one of the best ways to stack up Battle Pass XP without ever getting into a fight. Check out all the Chaos Cube locations in Fortnite in this detailed guide.
How Chaos Cubes Work
Chaos Cubes are hard to miss because they glow orange and show an exclamation mark on your screen when you're close. Just run into one to grab it. Some are hidden inside objects like fridges or coolers, so bring your Pickaxe just in case.
Here's why it's worth hunting them all down:
| Reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| XP per cube | 4,000 XP |
| Area completion bonus | 20,000 XP |
| Total XP from all 40 cubes | 320,000 XP |
That's a massive chunk of Battle Pass XP from one quest. No special cosmetic reward yet, but Epic might add one when the remaining 30 cubes unlock later.
