There will be no playable disc included at launch. The code will allow players to pre-load the game beginning November 12. At first, this may sound strange. However, Rockstar likely has a good reason for taking this approach.

Rockstar Wants to Stop GTA 6 Leaks

Rockstar has also confirmed that all pre-orders and purchases made before November 20 will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack. The bonus pack includes several items inspired by classic Vice City.
