If you have been grinding Sprites all season but still have gaps in your collection, Epic Games just threw you a huge help. The final week of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 is going to be unlike anything we have seen from the Sprites system so far, and you are going to want to clear your schedule for it. Here is everything you need to know about Fortnite Sprite Spree Week.

What Is Fortnite Sprite Spree Week?

Fortnite Sprite Spree Week is a five-day event running from August 15th to August 19th, 2026, where each day spotlights a different rare Sprite variant with massively increased spawn rates. It's like a farewell party for Chapter 7 Season 3, giving you one last window to hunt down those Galaxy, Holofoil, Cube, and Gem Sprites that have been dodging you all season.

The event kicks off on August 15 with Mythic Sprite Hours, which run alongside the Unstable Story Moment live event. After that, each following day dedicates a full 24 hours to one specific Sprite variant.

All Fortnite Sprite Spree Week Bonuses

The increased spawn rates are great, but the real game-changer is the stack of bonuses Epic is enabling from August 16th through August 19th:

  • 2x Sprite XP is active across the board.
  • Zero Sprite Dust Resummons means you can bring back any lost Sprite without spending a single point of Sprite Dust.
  • Free Lucky Locators will be given to players at the start of every match to help you track down nearby Sprites.
  • 2x Campfire XP is the bonus that really stacks things up. If you rest at a Campfire during a match, you get double Sprite XP from that Campfire on top of the base 2x modifier that is already running.

Do Your Sprites Carry Over to Fortnite Season 4?

Yes. Epic Games has confirmed that all Sprites you collect during Chapter 7 Season 3 will carry over into Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 (Override). Your collected Sprites will be available in the Sprite Garden feature that is coming with the new season.

However, the specific Sprite variants available during Season 3 will not be obtainable in Season 4. Epic is introducing a brand-new generation of Sprites for the Override season, including the 5 new ones from the Design-a-Sprite contest. So while your old Sprites are safe, you will not be able to catch any Season 3 Sprites once the new season launches. Sprite Spree Week is your absolute last window to fill in the gaps, so you'd better clear the schedule and do Sprite hunting this whole week!
