There are currently five NPCs in Mini War, each serving a different purpose across the economy, military, factories, and trading. Knowing where to find them and what they offer is important for making the most out of every session, especially when the Black Market is on a timer.
All Mini War NPCs
Three of the five NPCs can be accessed by clicking the Buy/Sell button at the top of the screen. The remaining two are found elsewhere on the map.

Mini War NPCs Explained
Shopkeeper

The Shopkeeper is your main point of contact for building out your empire. Everything from basic farms to late-game military buildings runs through this NPC, and understanding what to prioritise here is the foundation of good progression in Mini War.
Tradesman

The Tradesman handles all your crop and goods sales. Before you sell anything through here, always check the market board on the side of the screen first. Prices shift regularly and waiting even a few minutes for a surge can add a significant amount to your total. Selling at the wrong time, especially when a resource is down by double digits, is one of the easiest ways to leave money on the table early on.
Premium Shop Owner

The Premium Shop Owner is Robux only so it is relevant mainly to players willing to spend. The game passes available here, particularly auto sell and auto collect, save a considerable amount of manual effort especially in mid to late game.
Black Market

The Black Market is the most time-sensitive NPC on the list. It arrives every 40 minutes in a green helicopter, lands on the helipad near the leaderboard, and stays open for 20 minutes before disappearing. It only accepts Gems, which you can earn through daily quests.
Easter Egg Soldier
The Easter Egg Soldier sits on the beach close to the Oil Rig in an army uniform next to a board that reads "this is an easter egg." Nothing happens when you interact with it as of now, but it is presumably a placeholder for something coming in a future update.
