Doors Archive Subfloor – How to Get All 35 Badges

The Archives Update in Doors brought a whole new wave of content, and with it came a fresh batch of badges to hunt down. These achievements are spread across two spots: the Archives Subfloor found inside the Hotel, and the Stairwell Subfloor tucked inside the Mines. This guide covers how to get all 35 badges in Doors Archive Subfloor.

All 35 Badges in Doors Archive Subfloor

There are a total of 35 badges or achievements you can earn in Doors Archive Subfloor, ranging from the easy ones to specific challenges that require you to complete certain activities. Some you will unlock simply by playing, while others require you to know exactly what to do.

To help you out, here is the complete list of all badges in Doors Archive Subfloor and how to get them:

1. General Badges

These two are the easiest to get, and you can grab both without any extra setup right in Section A.

2. Entity Badges

Most of these badges come from either surviving an entity encounter or handling it in a specific way. This is the biggest badge category by far, and it's where most of your runs will focus.

3. Item Badges

These badges focus on collecting and using different items. A few can take multiple runs since you'll need to gather enough of the right items to fill your hotbar.

4. Crucifix Badge

There's just one badge tied to the Crucifix item, called Annihilation. Trigger a Portrait entity through the mirror, and there's a chance it'll reappear in a later room. 

You need the Crucifix from the Hotel to banish it, so if you're starting directly at the Archives, you likely won't have one. Taking the Emergency Exit right after spawning the Portrait sends you back to the Hotel, giving you a shot at grabbing a Crucifix.

5. Floor Badges

These badges are tied to your progress through the Archives itself. Simply reaching certain areas or using a particular route can be enough to unlock them.

6. Stairwell Badges

The remaining badges are found in the Stairwell Subfloor, where you will encounter a separate group of entities and challenges. Some are easy to unlock, while others require you to interact with the environment in a specific way.

Since a handful of these badges in Doors Archive Subfloor depend on which floor you start from, it helps to plan two separate runs:

Grinding items like Enlightened and Girl Dinner takes patience since they span multiple floors, so don't expect to finish them in one run. Take your time while exploring the new archive and completing the walkthrough, but keep your eyes on entity cues like screen shaking or crying sounds, and you'll have all 35 badges checked off before you know it.
