Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 Showdown Roadmap
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 Showdown roadmap splits the season into four parts: three acts and a final epilogue. Each act tells a piece of the ongoing story between The Foundation, the Ice King, and the Dark Voyager.
The season launched on March 19th, 2026, and it's set to end on June 6th, 2026. Here's every act in the Showdown season at a glance:

Act 1: Rise of the King
Act 1 is already over. It focused on picking a side, Team Foundation or Team Ice King, and earning points through rival challenges.
Both teams finished all their Showdown Milestones, so the whole community cleared Act 1 together. That's why there are two vaults added during this time: the Ice King Vault and the Seven Compound Vault. In the end, Team Ice King won.
Act 2: The Elites
Act 2 is about The Elites and connects to a new Fortnite Reload map called Elite Stronghold. Characters like Zadie and Daigo are back as part of the story. If you’ve been ranking up, there’s a bonus. Players who reach Elite rank or higher get early access to the Reload Elite Stronghold map on April 18th. Everyone else can play it on April 20th.
Act 3: [REDACTED]
Act 3 is completely blacked out for now, even in the promotion image, and Epic isn't saying anything about it yet. The title for now is called [REDACTED].
The most popular theory right now is that Act 3 will bring the long-rumored Overwatch x Fortnite collaboration to life. Skins like Tracer were originally supposed to be part of the Showdown Battle Pass, but were removed after leaks spoiled the surprise. Many fans believe Epic pulled them back to make Act 3 the big reveal moment instead.
Of course, this is all speculation for now. But given how much Epic loves a good mystery drop, Act 3 is worth keeping an eye on.
Epilogue: End of Season Live Event
Of course, just like previous chapters, Chapter 7 Season 2 will close out with a live event, which is confirmed as the season's epilogue. Live events in Fortnite are usually massive spectacles that change the map and push the story forward in a big way.
Since the season ends on June 6th, 2026, you can expect the live event to happen either on that final day or sometime in the last week. Epic hasn't given an exact date yet, so keep watching their social channels for announcements.
The Dark Voyager, the Ice King, and the Foundation have been the focus of this season’s story. The live event will likely finish their conflict or change it in a big way. There’s also a high chance the map will change, which is always one of the best parts of Fortnite live events.
