Exploring Islands in Roblox's 100 Days at Sea can be fun and resourceful at the same time. Islands contain valuable loot, enemies, NPCs, bosses, and progression objectives that can help you survive longer. You can also increase your Day Multiplier by visiting some Islands. In this guide, we will go over every Island you can explore in 100 Days at Sea.

Points of Interest/Islands in 100 Days at Sea

Points of Interest, commonly called POIs, are special Islands in 100 Days at Sea that provide progression rewards. Some always appear in every match, while others only spawn under certain conditions. Survivor Islands, Radio Towers, Oil Rigs, and Pirate Islands always spawn, whereas Alien Islands, Treasure Islands, and one of the two Biomes appear depending on the run.

Fisherman's Island

Fisherman Islands in 100 Days at Sea

The Fisherman's Island always spawns approximately 50 meters west of your base. This is one of the first Islands in 100 Days at Sea you visit. You must defeat the Buku Warriors guarding the Island and rescue the Fisherman. After you rescue the Fisherman, you can enter his shed and get the free Dinghy. The Fisherman also provides you with a Fishing Rod that you can use to fish out items and food.

The Fisherman will also trade food for some structures and items, including the Crab Trap, Machete, Good Sack, and much more. I recommend starting by rescuing the NPC and getting all the items early on.

Radio Tower Islands

Radio Tower Islands in 100 Days at Sea.

Radio Tower Islands are usually found close to your starting base. These are among the first Islands in 100 Days at Sea you should visit. Each tower contains five Rival Survivors and a Transponder. Your objective is to activate the Transponder and locate Oil Rigs. Each Transponder reveals a different Oil Rig in order:

  1. Small Rig
  2. Big Rig
  3. Huge Rig

The first activated tower always reveals the Small Rig, regardless of which Radio Tower you visit first.

Oil Rigs

Oil Rigs

Oil Rigs are unlocked by activating the Radio Tower Transponders. Survivor Islands

Survivor Islands in 100 Days at Sea

There are three Survivor Islands in 100 Days at Sea. Each Island features a unique NPC that permanently joins your base after being rescued. You can rescue each survivor to earn Day Multipliers.

  • Captain Stephen
    • How to Rescue:
      • Climb the cliff using a Harpoon.
      • Remove the objects blocking his shelter.
      • Interact with Captain Stephen to rescue him.
      • Tips: This is the easiest Survivor Island and can be completed without any weapons.
  • Doctor Madelaine
    • How to Rescue:
      • Find the key inside the Purple and Gold Chest.
      • Carry the key to her cage.
      • Unlock the cage and interact with Doctor Madelaine.
    • Enemies:
      • Three Boku Pokus.
    • Tips: Try to isolate the Boku Pokus and attack them individually. Use your Harpoon to create distance.
  • Professor Erik
    • How to Rescue:
      • Defeat all eight Ghost Pirates guarding the island.
      • Once all enemies are defeated, Professor Erik will leave his cage.
      • Interact with him to complete the rescue.
    • Enemies:
      • Eight Ghost Pirates.
    • Tips: Bringing a firearm is highly recommended. You should keep your distance and try to defeat the Pirates.

Pirate Islands

Pirate Island

Three Pirate Islands in 100 Days at Sea contain keys guarded by Ghost Pirates. The farther an island is from your base, the more enemies it spawns. You can easily defeat these Pirates without much of a hassle. After collecting all three keys, the Pirate Stronghold opens.

Pirate Stronghold

The Pirate Stronghold has around 27 Ghost Pirates who are armed with both melee and ranged weapons. Defeating them should not be a problem if you have good weapons like the Machete or a Revolver. The Mini Boss is much tougher than the regular Ghost Pirates due to its significantly higher HP, so be prepared for a longer fight.

After you have defeated all enemies in the Pirate Stronghold, you receive a lot of rewards, including a Day Multiplier, Five Pearls, a Ghost Cutlass, and a Galleon Bell that can be used to summon the Ghost Galleon Ship.

Pirate Stronghold

Squid Islands

Squid Island

Squid Islands in 100 Days at Sea are POIs that you can visit to complete the Golden Tablet puzzle. Completing this puzzle will start an Ancient Squid boss fight that will reward you with a Squid Laser, which you can get with the Ancient Squid Class.

After visiting the first island containing the Golden Tablet, it reveals the location of the next Squid Island. You will have to complete some puzzles to receive the remaining Tablets.

There are three puzzle variants:

  • Lever Island
    • Pull the blue lever to receive the tablet.
    • Red levers spawn Ghost Pirates.
  • Food Offering Island
    • Offer the requested food item.
    • Possible requests include:
      • Sushi
      • Fish Sandwich
      • Fish and Chips
      • Jelly
  • Material Offering Island
    • Offer:
      • Metal Items - If the message says "I hunger for what forges steel"
      • Wooden Items - If the message says "I hunger for what feeds fire"

Once you collect all the Tablets, you can visit the first Island and place them. This will start the Ancient Squid boss fight. I strongly recommend having a Rifle or a Revolver to win the fight.

Alien Islands

Alien Islands

Alien Islands in 100 Days at Sea become available after successfully defending against an Alien Raid. Every completed raid drops an Alien Transponder, which summons an Alien Island approximately 3000 meters from your base. There are four Alien Islands in total, and only one of them can appear during a run.

The Alien Islands have several chests spread throughout the Island. They can include Alien Armor, UFO, or a Ray Gun.

Biome Islands in 100 Days at Sea

Each world generates either the Fire Biome or the Ice Biome. These Islands will have a boss you have to defeat to get the Fire Staff or the Ice Staff. These Islands in 100 Days at Sea are recommended to be explored in the late game.

Fire Biome

The Fire Biome Island contains a Volcano with three Magma Golem Islands. You will have to defeat all three Magma Golems on each Island and carry their bodies to the Volcano. Once you place them inside the Volcano, the Magma boss will spawn. Defeating the Magma boss rewards you with a Fire Staff.

I recommend equipping a Rifle or any ranged weapon to defeat the boss.

Ice Biome

The Ice Biome consists of approximately six islands filled with Penguins. Your objective is to collect 20 Lost Penguins and deliver them to the Penguin NPC. After returning all twenty Penguins, the Yeti Boss appears. Defeating the Yeti boss will reward you with an Ice Staff, Five Pearls, and a Day Multiplier.

These are all Islands in 100 Days at Sea. Make sure to check out our 100 Days at Sea Wiki for more guides on Classes, Companions, and more.
