As announced during the latest drip marketing campaign, the Honkai Star Rail 3.5 update will introduce Cerydra as a playable character. She is one of the Chrysos Heirs from Amphoreus and will belong to the 5-star rarity. HoYoverse has revealed that she will be a Wind character from the Path of Harmony. Apart from that, the developer has also shared a short description of the character and announced her voice characters for various language dubs. Honkai Star Rail Drip Marketing Reveals Cerydra for Version 3.5
Following the drip marketing announcement of Hysilens, HoYoverse has now revealed Cerydra as an upcoming character set to release in Honkai Star Rail version 3.5. She is one of the Chrysos Heirs and appears to be a blue-eyed female with white hair in the artwork. Cerydra wears a royal blue outfit with black and golden accents, along with a silver crown.
Here is what HoYoverse shared about Cerydra in her official drip marketing post:

- Combat Type: Wind
- Combat Path: Harmony
- Affiliated City: Okhema
- Divine Authority: Scale of Justice, Talanton
As a playable character, Cerydra will be a 5-star from the Path of Harmony and deal Wind damage. She is the Chrysos Heir who wields the Coreflame of Law. Here’s what she has to say about herself:
“Flamebearer,’ ‘Tyrant,’ ‘Empress,’ ‘Supreme Commander,’ ‘Imperator’… The world has given me countless titles, but you may simply call me by my true name.”
Apparently, Cerydra is addressed by several titles by the people of Amphoreus. However, she wants the Trailblazer to call her by her real name. It will be interesting to see her dynamic with the MC.

Cerydra Voice Actors in Honkai Star Rail 3.5
The following voice actors have been announced to voice Cerydra in the various dubs of the game:
- VA for the Japanese dub: Kanon Takao
- VA for the Chinese dub: Shi Xinlei
- VA for the Korean dub: Kim Yun-chae
Kanon Takao will lend her voice to Cerydra in the JP dub of the game. She is a popular VA who has worked on several anime and games. Most notably, she plays Noelle in HSR’s sister game, Genshin Impact, and the Milky Way Cookie from Cookie Run: Kingdom.
For the CN dub, Shi Xinlei will be voicing Cerydra. She has worked on several popular games, portraying characters like Paimon and Chuychu from Genshin Impact, Alice from Zenless Zone Zero, and Rozaliya from Honkai Impact 3rd. She is also Bailu’s voice in HSR.
Kim Yun-chae will be voicing Cerydra in the KR dub. She also has experience working on multiple anime and games and has been the VA for Sorush and Callirhoe in Genshin Impact, Fig Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom, and Ducky in Smash Legends.
Honkai Star Rail Cerydra Speculated Release Dates
Considering HoYoverse follows a fixed 42-day cycle for their updates, the HSR 3.5 update is speculated to be released on August 13, 2025. Since it is unknown whether Cerydra will debut during the first or second half of the patch, here are her possible release dates:
- First half: August 13, 2025
- Second half: September 2, 2025
