Google’s New Magic Audio Eraser

How to Use Magic Audio Eraser on Pixel 8
1. Open the Google Photos app on your Pixel 8 or 8 Pro. Now open the video where you want to remove background noise and make the audio clear. It can be any video, not necessarily have to be taken on the Pixel phone either.
2. Once the video is open, tap on the Edit button at the bottom of the video.
3. On the edit page, tap on the Audio option and select the Audio eraser option.
4. Now it will try to identify the sounds in the video and categorize them like Noise, Wind, Speech, Nature, etc.
5. You just need to select the noise category that you want to reduce and slide the scroller. For example, select the wind category and reduce only the wind sound in the background. This gives you granular control over what sounds and noise you want or don’t want. You can also control by how much or to what degree you want to reduce the sound, thanks to the scroller.
6. Apart from that, the Auto option will let your smartphone do the work automatically. It will identify noise from sounds and reduce them.
7. Once done, tap on the Save a copy option to have your video with only the sounds you need.
