NPCs and Mobs are found all across Roblox's 100 Days at Sea and play a major role in your progression. NPCs provide useful services and rewards, while Mobs are enemies that you encounter as you explore Islands. In this article, we go over all NPCs and Mobs in 100 Days at Sea.

What are NPCs and Mobs in 100 Days at Sea

There are five main NPCs and eight Mobs in 100 Days at Sea. The NPCs aren't dangerous mobs, and you can interact with them for various purposes or even rescue them from Islands. You can purchase in-game items from them, finish their quests for rewards, or spawn bosses. As for survivors or prisoners, like The Fisherman, helping them grants items that will be crucial to your survival journey.

On the other hand, Mobs are hostile entities that are basically your enemies. You encounter them on night raids, Islands, biomes, or in the open sea. You can farm for in-game items and chests by killing these mobs. I recommend knowing about them before confronting them in-game. So, I've provided detailed information on all 100 Days at Sea NPCs and mobs in the sections below.

All NPCs in 100 Days at Sea

Survivors

NPCs in 100 Days at Sea

Survivors are friendly NPCs in 100 Days at Sea that spawn on three different Survivor Islands during every run. Each Survivor is rescued differently, but they all provide the same rewards once brought back to your base. After rescuing a Survivor, they will teleport to your base.

Each Survivor increases the Day Multiplier by +1. Additionally, the Survivors will automate your base if you provide them with the right materials. For example, they will process any material you bring to the base.

If you place machines like the crab trap, sawmill, or magnet, the Survivors will automate each one. This can save you a lot of time. There are currently three Survivors:

  • Captain Stephen
  • Doctor Madelaine
  • Professor Erik

The Fisherman

Fisherman

The Fisherman is one of the first NPCs in 100 Days at Sea you should rescue. You can find him on Fisherman's Island, which is located close to your starting raft. After defeating the Buku Warriors guarding him, interact with him to complete the rescue.

Rescuing the Fisherman unlocks several rewards like the Fishing Rod, a free Dinghy inside the Fisherman's Hut, and trades. The trades are great for the early game and will help you progress much faster. I recommend completing the trades as soon as you can:

  • Fish Fillet - Crab Trap
  • Fish Sandwich - Machete
  • Sushi - Good Sack
  • Jar of Jelly - Flintlock
  • Fish and Chips - Chowder
  • Buttered Bass - Flare
  • Calamari - Doubloons
  • Lobster Tail - Blunderbuss
  • Unagi - Doubloons
  • Shark Filet - Giant Sack
  • Swordfish Steak - Swordfish Sword.

MukuMuku Merchant

NPCs in 100 Days at Sea

The MukuMuku Merchant, also known as the Traveling Merchant, occasionally arrives near your base during the daytime. Unlike other NPCs in 100 Days at Sea, he accepts Doubloons instead of regular resources. Every item has limited stock, and purchased items do not restock in future visits. Some of the most valuable items sold by the Merchant include:

  • Pearls
  • Medkits
  • Rifle
  • Ghost Sack
  • Corrupt Shards
  • Boats
  • Weapons
  • Building materials

Glorbus

Glorbus

Glorbus is a special Alien NPC found on one of the Alien Islands. He requests 20 food items from the player. After feeding him, he rewards you with the Alien Food Machine. The Alien Food Machine converts five food items into Alien Soup, which restores more hunger than regular Chowder.

Penguins

NPCs in 100 Days at Sea

The Penguin NPCs only appear in the Ice Biome in 100 Days at Sea. Your objective is to rescue all 20 Lost Penguins scattered throughout the biome and return them to the Penguin Mother. After returning every Penguin, the Yeti Boss will spawn.

Buku Tribe

NPCs in 100 Days at Sea

The Buku Tribe occupies many early-game Islands. These 100 Days at Sea mobs are resourceful and often have lots of chests and drops. Buku Bukus are one of the first enemies you face in the game. Much like Ghost Pirates, there are different variants of Buku Bukus, including the Buku Boku, Buku Poku, and Buku Toku.

Rival Survivors

Rival Survivors

Rival Survivors NPCs in 100 Days at Sea defend several Rigs and Radio Towers throughout the map. They use both melee and ranged Weapons to defend their bases. Your objective is to defeat these enemies and loot them for their resources.

The Rival Survivors often drop high-tier items like Weapons, Doubloon Chests, and armor. I recommend having a good strategy before interacting with these mobs in 100 Days at Sea.

Corrupt Creatures

Corrupt Creatures appear in Corrupted structures like the Cargo Ship. These enemies have high HP and deal serious damage. However, they also drop rare loot like the Corrupt Minigun, Revolver, or the Saber.

Current Corrupt enemies include:

  • Corrupt Crewmate
  • Corrupt Officer
  • Corrupt Saber Yielder
  • Corrupt Minigunner
  • Chest Mimic
  • Red Jellyfish
  • Blue Jellyfish

Aliens

Alien enemies appear during Alien Raids and on Alien Islands. They are some of the most difficult mobs to defeat in 100 Days at Sea. However, they will occasionally drop the Energy Sword Weapon, which is a great melee Weapon for the mid- to late-game. I recommend maintaining distance from these mobs as they deal heavy damage.

Current Alien enemies include:

  • Alien
  • Alien Warrior
  • Alien Overlord

Sea Monsters

Sea Monsters are aquatic enemies encountered while exploring the ocean. Although they are much rarer than standard enemies, they can be dangerous if encountered without proper Weapons. These include the Salamander, Shark, and the Angler Fish.

These 100 Days at Sea mobs can easily knock you off your boat and damage you instantly. Outrunning them is your only choice.

Biome-Specific Mobs

Some mobs in 100 Days at Sea only spawn at specific locations like the Ice biome or the Magma biome. These mobs include the Magma Golems, Magma Snails, Wolves, and Polar Bears. Biome-specific mobs are easily some of the most difficult enemies in the game. I recommend maintaining your distance and strategizing your attacks.
