Rockstar made a few quiet edits to the GTA 6 listings on PS and Xbox store pages around the start of September, and most people scrolled right past them. Some changes are tiny. One has a real date attached, and it matters if you haven't spent money yet. I went through the differences, and here's everything you need to know about the updated GTA 6 store listings.
What Changed in the GTA 6 PS and Xbox Store Listings
The Vintage Vice City Pack was previously listed as available for purchases made before November 20th, 2026. The updated PlayStation and Xbox listings now say:
Purchase prior to 19 November 2026 at 23:59:59" if you want to be able to receive the Vintage Vice City Pack and a free month of GTA+.

The listings don't say which time zone the cutoff uses, though, so here is what 11:59 PM Pacific Time looks like elsewhere.
| Time Zone | Date and Time |
|---|---|
| PT (Pacific Time) | Thursday, November 19 - 11:59 PM |
| ET (Eastern Time) | Friday, November 20 - 2:59 AM |
| CET (Central European Time) | Friday, November 20 - 8:59 AM |
| IST (India Time) | Friday, November 20 - 1:29 PM |
| JST (Japan Time) | Friday, November 20 - 4:59 PM |
| AEST (Australian Time) | Friday, November 20 - 5:59 PM |
If it follows your local store time instead, you simply get until 11:59 PM wherever you are. Don't be too late!

GTA 6 Xbox Listings Got Extra Legal Text
The Xbox listings page for GTA 6 changed more than the PlayStation page. Vice City is now in the trademark line, which was missing before. There's also a new legal block right above it.
That block says your purchase gives you a license to the digital product, not ownership. It also says some features may need an internet connection, a Rockstar account, a single-use serial code, or extra fees. Rockstar can change or end some services under its Terms of Service.
Here is the exact wording:

“© 1997–2026. Rockstar Games Inc. Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto VI, VI, Vice City, R*, and related logos are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. All other marks and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All rights reserved.”
“Purchase grants a license to the digital product subject to the Terms of Service (“ToS”) and Privacy Policy in game and at www.rockstargames.com/legal and www.rockstargames.com/privacy. Certain game features, content, services, or functions may require internet connection, Rockstar Games account registration (minimum age varies), single-use serial code, additional fees, or unlocking with gameplay, may not be available to all users or at all times, and may be terminated, modified, or offered under different terms in accordance with the ToS.
Violation of the ToS may result in restriction or termination of access to game or online account. This game is fictional; any similarities to real-world places, people, or entities is coincidental and does not imply any third-party sponsorship or endorsement of game content. Rockstar Games does not in any way endorse or condone engaging in any conduct depicted in this game.”
This doesn't confirm that the game needs an internet connection, but my guess is the "single-use serial code" line covers the boxed version, which comes with a download code instead of a disc.

FAQs
The bonus deadline is now November 19th, 2026 at 23:59:59. Buy before then to get the Vintage Vice City Pack.
Not fully. Both got the new deadline and dash formatting, but only Xbox got the legal text and the Vice City trademark.
