2. Enable Location Services
If the weather complication or widget appears blank on your Apple Watch, make sure that Location Services are enabled on your iPhone. If it’s already on, you should disable it and turn it on again to refresh it.

2. Enable the toggle next to Location Services. If it’s already enabled, turn off the toggle. Wait for 10-15 seconds and then enable the toggle again.
3. Allow Location Access to Weather App
Next, if you are seeing two dashes instead of the temperature in the weather widget or complication, you must grant location access to the iPhone Weather app as shown below.
1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location services on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap on Weather.
3. Select Never under the Allow Location Access section. Wait a few seconds and then select While Using the App or Widgets. Also, ensure the toggle next to Precise Location is enabled.

4. Set Default Location Manually
Generally, the Apple Watch will show you the weather for your current location. But sometimes, Apple Watch weather doesn’t show the current location data as it can’t get the exact location. An easy way to fix it is to set the location manually to your current city on your watch.
For that, first, you will need to add your city manually to the Weather app and then set it as the default city for Apple Watch. Here are the steps.
Add City Manually in Weather App on iPhone
